I don’t think we’re supposed to call people “hypocrites” or “pretenders”. Most of us have different personalities when we are with different (group of) people. E.g. family, friends, partner, colleagues. It’s completely normal. Even if we’ve known that person for like, 20 years, still we can’t literally read his mind. Plus, there’s one crucial fact: People change. And they change unannounced. Bersangka baiklah.
